The horizon line is the boundary of our understanding... within the city the view is constraint and we seldom see as far as that. Our human condition is effected by monolith of the city with its busy, claustrophobic environment. Despite all that, the ray of light bounce of the city fence and can bring beauty, hope and tranquility  in to our experience .
